Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item, including the return address. Please ensure that the return is shipped back to us with a tracking number.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your products.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you about the status of your return. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
